MANAMA: Oil and Gas Affairs Minister and National Oil and Gas Authority chairman Dr Abdulhussain Mirza yesterday opened the two-day Human Resource Management Summit 2009 at the Diplomat Raddison SAS Hotel, Residence and Spa. The event has attracted more than 90 delegates from across the GCC, representing both the private sectors and government ministries.

There are a total of 15 speakers at the discussions on the latest developments in the industry from as far afield as the UK and Australia as well as key industry leaders from the region.
